About Us
American Expat Services was formed as a means of providing funding for Lovingkindness Ministries, Inc, a Philippines-registered non-profit organization engaged in providing assistance to street children, homeless families and disaster victims. While originally formed to provide tax and financial consulting services primarily to American expatriates living in the Philippines, AES now provides services to clients in thirty-six countries on five continents.

Billy Morgan, CPA, MBA
Billy Morgan is a full-time missionary living in Baguio City, Philippines, but also an Alabama-licensed CPA with more than ten years experience in corporate and personal accounting and taxes. Billy began assisting American Expat Services and our sister company, Missionary Tax and Consulting Services, in 2012, and has been a great asset, particularly in areas where more complex accounting is required.
